The public website describes SecureCycle services and provides a way to request pickup review. Submitting a request does not guarantee service availability or final disposition eligibility.
Pickup requests
Pickup requests are reviewed by SecureCycle before scheduling. Equipment quantities, condition, location, and handling requirements may affect the final service plan.
Certificates and records
Certificates and reports are generated only when the required custody, processing, disposition, and verification records are complete.
